Some of this found its way into my belly via a super soft potato bun. So happy I was able to taste Ed Mitchell's pulled pork through Madison Square Park's Big Apple BBQ festival.

Bongo Brothers Truck
Lechon asado platter - mojo marinated roasted pork/ white onions, rice and beans from the Bongo Brothers truck.
This looked really promising, until I realized that they marinate their pork in orange juice. I hate oranges so you can imagine my extreme disappointment... If you're friends with orange, you would love this platter. $9
